New Student Portal Opening Soon!

We are extremely excited to announce that we are launching our new online learning system called “The Hub”!
The current student portal will go offline at 5:00PM Thursday on the 5th of May 2016 to make way for this learning environment exclusive to Inspire Education students.
The new Hub will go online at 5:00PM Thursday on the 19th of May 2016 (updated from 12 May). Starting on that day, the Hub will be your new online learning space where you will be able to:
• Easily navigate around the user friendly environment
• Access all your course information, learning and assessment resources and assessment results at the click of a button
• Quickly and simply communicate with your trainers, assessors and the student support team
We are sure you will love this new “place where learning happens”. The Hub will also allow us to bring you many more exciting new learning features in the coming year. Stay tuned for these exciting announcements!
What Do I Need To Know About The Hub Changeover?
To complete the process of transferring all of your data to The Hub, the current student portal will go offline on Thursday the 5th of May at 5pm. The portal will be offline until the 19th of May whilst we transfer your student data including assessment results and submissions to The Hub.
We will send an email with instructions for using The Hub and advising you of your new logins once your new account has been activated.
Will I Be Able To Continue My Studies During This Changeover Period?
Yes, there is no problem with you being able to continue with your studies during this time.
You will just need to ensure that you have downloaded your learning resources and Assessment Workbooks for the subject/s you wish to work on during these weeks. You will be unable to submit any assessments during this period, however you will be able to submit them as soon as The Hub comes online.
If your course expires during this transition period, you will be given an extra week to submit any final assessments to ensure that you are not impacted by this system update.
How Will I Access Training and Student Support During These Weeks?
Never fear, while your portal is offline you will have phone access to address any queries or assistance you may have during this period. You can always contact us on 1800 506 509 9am to 5pm to book in a trainer appointment OR speak with the students services staff.
