The Diploma of Human Resources Management BSB50615 will enable you to manage a variety of HR functions from recruitment and induction to performance management processes. This course will give you the nationally accredited training you need to develop a range of specialized technical and managerial skills to enhance your skills in the workplace.
During this course, you will learn to lead your workplace in how to conduct workforce planning, manage employee relations and benefits, implement and monitor work health and safety policies, and undertake project work.
Expected Study Hours: Learners are expected to spend approximately 10 to 12 hours of study per week for this self-paced course.
Assessment Methods: To assess learners, a combination of verbal and written questions, learner performance checklist, audio-visual recording, collection and development of documents, and trainer observation and role plays in a simulated environment will be used.
