BSZ, TAA and TAE…
The original workplace training qualification, BSZ, was created in 1998. As a huge success it underwent reformation and in 2004 was changed to form part of TAA qualifications. The most recent restructure to the course supersedes both and was released in 2010 where the TAA became the TAE10. Through both the later qualifications are regarded as equivalent by the National Quality Council, the old TAA ended its transition period on 17 June 2012 meaning the TAE40110 is the industry standard.
Inspire’s Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Cert IV TAE) TAE40110 is the newest Australian standard in becoming a qualified trainer and is ideal for those wanting to maintain currency and relevancy in training and assessment. The TAE has undergone years of development and is a highly valued qualification enabling you to work as a trainer, facilitator and assessor in any workplace and within the Vocational Education and Training sector.
Inspire offers the full course as well as upgrades from older BSZ40198 and TAA40104 certificates. With our online learning you can access materials from anywhere in the world and benefit from Inspire’s unique student forums and student portal.
The National Quality Council monitors training courses as training and assessment qualifications are designed to cater to industry demand. As each sector is constantly growing and changing, so does the TAE40110. To read more see Inspire Education’s Cert IV in Training and Assessment page.
