The Cert IV in Human Resources (HR) course will develop a solid foundation of practical human resource functions and skills.

You will learn to review human resource functions; recruit, select and induct staff; as well as how to support performance management processes , and how to implement industrial relations procedures.

On top of these skills, you will develop your knowledge of organizing meetings, how to promote innovation in teams, and how to establish effective workplace relationships with subordinates and

Cert IV in Human Resources Training Course (BSB41007)
The BSB41007 Certificate IV in Human Resources is comprised of 4 core units, and 6 electives. It is Australia’s nationally recognised and accredited qualification in human resources. It is designed for those interested in the administration of human resources, occupational health and safety, training and workplace behaviour, and recruitment selection.

The Cert IV in HR course has been specifically designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to work successfully in a human resource capacity, or for those required to use HR functions, such as frontline managers, human resource trainers, recruiters, and many other roles across a broad range of industries.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification, however possession of English language and
numeracy skills equivalent to Year 12, mature age, or at least two years relevant business experience in a
supervisory role is preferred.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within the qualification. During the enrolment process a potential Learner may complete a checklist and discuss any prior evidence before commencing training to determine if they are eligible for RPL.

Training Schedule
The most effective and popular method of delivery is via distance and/or Online Learning in the form of self-paced learning.

You will have 12 months to complete the course from your enrolment date through distance learning. MW have a continual intake of students on this basis.
