Certificate
IV in Human
Resources is
comprised of

electives.
It is
Australia’s
nationally
recognised

accredited
qualification
in human
resources.
It is
designed for
those
interested
in the
administration
of human
resources,
occupational
health and
safety,
training and
workplace
behaviour,
and
recruitment
selection.
The Cert
IV in HR
course has
been
specifically
designed to
develop the
knowledge
and skills
required to
work
successfully
in a human
resource
capacity, or
for those
required to
use HR
functions,
such as
frontline
managers,
human
resource
trainers,
recruiters,
and many
other roles
across a
broad range
of
industries.
Entry
Requirements
There are no
formal
prerequisites
for this
qualification,
however
possession
of English
language and
numeracy
skills
equivalent
to Year 12,
mature age,
or at least
two years
relevant
business
experience
in a
supervisory
role is
preferred.
Recognition
of Prior
Learning
(RPL)
RPL is
offered to
any Learner
who can
provide
evidence of
competency
for the
units
offered
within the
qualification.
During the
enrolment
process a
potential
Learner may
complete a
checklist
and discuss
any prior
evidence
before
commencing
training to
determine if
they are
eligible for
RPL.
