The Cert IV in Training and Assessment Newcastle Blended course is nationally recognised and nationally accredited. The course has been specifically designed to ensure you get the most out of your training. The Cert IV in Training and Assessment Newcastle workshops offered by Inspire Education are suitable for anyone who is operating in a training and/or assessing capacity within their organisation and wants to formalise their skills, or anyone wishing to become a trainer at an Australian TAFE or RTO.
The current blended-delivery Newcastle TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment course comprises 10 course units, including 7 core units plus 3 elective units. The Newcastle Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is clustered, meaning the entire course is delivered in just 3 easy-to-follow workbooks – Design, Delivery and Assessment!

There are no formal prerequisites for the Newcastle Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course, however it does require that you have sound language and literacy skills, and basic to medium computer and word processing skills.

RPL is offered for the Cert IV TAE to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within the qualification. This can include any previous training (formal or informal) of previous life or work experience. The RPL process is really straightforward, simply indicate on your enrolment form that you would like to apply for RPL and once your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive an RPL pack to help with evidence collection.
Our Newcastle Cert IV TAE course is offered as a blended-delivery that runs over a 5 day face-to-face workshop where you complete a large sum of the assessment, followed by home study supported with continued access to your trainer via phone and student messaging support.
