Course units
The NEW TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment comprises 10 course units, including 7 core units plus 3 elective units. Because you already hold the BSZ40198 qualification, without RPL the maximum units you will have to complete is 4 out of the 10. Additionally, many trainers that hold the old BSZ have had significant experience in the training industry and may be eligible to gain recognition of prior learning for anywhere from 0 to all 4 of these units meaning if you have all of the relevant experience you may be able to gain your BSZ to TAE upgrade solely through an RPL process.
