The CHC41013 Certificate IV in Human Resources is a nationally recognised and accredited Australian human resources qualification. It is suitable if you are starting or developing your career in human resources and need training to pursue more roles and opportunities across Australia.
Course Delivery: This course is delivered through Online Learning. This popular and effective delivery method allows you to study from anywhere, including major cities like Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth AND regional or remote areas of Australia. Online study also means you can work at your own pace, at times most convenient to you.
Course Duration: You will have up to 12 months to complete the assessments for this course. As there are no fixed semesters or training dates, you can start training at any time throughout the year.
Nominal Hours: The course has nominal study load of 294 hours. This equals approximately 6 hours per week over 12 months, but you can work at your own pace and complete the course faster if you wish!

This course shares a number of units with qualifications such as the Certificate IV in Business Administration.
There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification, however it is to the students advantage if they have previously completed a Certificate III in Business or have some business experience. Students are expected to have a high level of literacy (equivalent to Year 10 English) and numeracy skills are preferred.
Students will need access to a workplace to complete workplace-based assessments, where the student does not have access to a workplace, they may complete these assessments using simulated workplace activities included with the course.
