Certificate IV in Frontline Management
The Cert IV in Frontline Management is designed to teach you many of the skills of effective planning and leadership.  You will learn how to manage your own performance, as well as the performance of other staff and team members.

Additionally, you will develop a range of competencies that are required by to be an effective Frontline Manager including operational planning, developing team effectiveness and showing leadership in the workplace.

Cert IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807)
The BSB40807 Certificate IV in Frontline Management comprises 10 units packaged as 4 core units plus 6 elective units. This course covers skills in managing your own performance as well as other staff in achieving objectives. A Frontline Manager will coordinate and influence teams to achieve management objectives.

Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification, however it does require a relatively high level of reading and literacy (Year 10 a minimum) in order to research, analyse and interpret the units. In addition report writing requires a good knowledge of English. Prime Learning offers qualified trainers, all learning materials, flexible delivery options including on-site training, telephone and email support, follow-up and workshops.

You will have 12 months to complete the course from your enrolment date if you completing your courses through distance learning or online, and 3 months from the last workshop day of the blended-delivery course with (the course with the 5 day face-to-face component). Prime Learning have a continual intake of students on this basis. Courses are offered to at various times in many states throughout the year.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within the qualification.
