The BSB40807
Certificate
IV in
Frontline
Management
comprises 10
units
packaged as 4 core units
plus 6
elective
units. This
course
covers
skills in
managing
your own
performance
as well as
other staff
in achieving
objectives.
A Frontline
Manager will
coordinate
and
influence
teams to
achieve
management
objectives.
Prerequisites
There are no
formal
prerequisites
for this
qualification,
however it
does require
a relatively
high level
of reading
and literacy
(Year 10 a
minimum) in
order to
research,
analyse and
interpret
the units.
In addition
report
writing
requires a
good
knowledge of
English.
