Inspire Education’s National Early Childhood Education Training Partnership will allow your organisation and staff to enjoy:
Childcare and Daycare providers like yourself offer an essential service to thousands of Australian families across the nation. Early childhood education and care provides a safe environment for children to learn and develop while socialising with other children. These essential services also allow working families to return to work earlier and enjoy more flexibility in their work schedule.
The introduction of stricter training requirements for carers and lower ratios of carers-to-children early in 2014 made it more challenging for many childcare services to comply with industry regulations and operate legally. Inspire Education is partnering with Australian Childcare facilities and Daycare providers to ensure your staff can easily and simply get the essential qualifications they need to work in the industry.
Working together, we can ensure that your employees are trained with premium qualifications and the children at your centre get the best care possible. Join the National Early Childhood Education Training Partnership to gain access to premium-quality training at exclusive discounted pricing and invest in your staff to get premium training outcomes.
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is the minimum qualification required to work as a professional carer in long day care or operate a family day care service.
Inspire Education has developed our own unique set of learning resources from the ground up to get the best oucomes for your early childcare educators. This huge 18 unit qualification has been “clustered” into just 7 workbooks to make it easier for students to manage, to minimise duplication of assessment tasks between units and to create a more natural learning flow. This is a premium training program, designed to get the best return on your training investment.
Diploma of Children’s Services (Early Childhood Education and Care)
As you will know, at least 50 per cent of early childhood educators working in a long day care facility need to hold the Diploma of Children’s Services qualification. The Australian government skills shortage lists have reported shortages of Diploma qualified childcare workers in recent years.
Investing in Diploma training will help you ensure your facility remains compliant with regulatory requirements by creating skills “depth”. You’ll have Diploma-qualified backups for key roles and positions within the organisation and enough people with the necessary accreditation to maintain compliance with training regulations.
